Third-Party Label Designers?

We use BarTender for our Warehousing and Distribution offices' needs when customers request/require outbound labels specific to their industry/consignee needs.  The creating of labels in BarTender is not one of our users' core competencies.  We've muddled through so far, but the increased sophistication of 2D barcodes and parsing and whatnot means that we cannot create labels in a timely manner.  Are there any third-party companies with which anyone has had good results in contracting them to create the labels on your behalf?

  If you contact your regional Seagull Sales team they should be able to put you in touch with a reseller local to you who can help or else you could look at the their Professional Services for some training/design work etc.
