Multiple line text box not working with data entry form

I have 3 data sources in one text box. When I link these 3 to a data entry form and go to print, the "paragraph" spacing is lost. I have all 3 in one text box so that if one of the lines needs to wrap, the others will move down accordingly and the spacing wont get weird.

 

How the label is printing:

Client Company  sales order

 

How I need it to print:

Client

Company

Sales order

  There are a couple ways to achieve this. Either add a Carriage Return (CR) only substring between the other data sources or else add either prefixes or suffixes to the strings. The image below shows both and the 2nd one the output.
