Bartender V10.1 Reactication

Hi All

I'm new to the forum.

I recently started working @ a new company (1 & a Half weeks ago). I had to reinstall windows onto the pc which was the bartender server. @ the time of reinstalling the OS,i wasn't aware that the pc was the server for bartender & i never deactivated the software.
Now when trying to reactivate over the net,it says that a pc is already using the key & must be deactivated,but no other pc on the network is activated. 

Please assist.
