word processor object - export to image, incorrect letter size

Hi,

For our labels we use Word processor objects (mainly to just get some superscript symbols, such as the copyright symbol). They work fine when printing. 

Only a problem arises when we want to export the image to .bmp (or any type of image through "export image"), which we need in our production/archival process. The word processor objects become really small when using export image (see example below). This can be corrected by changing the resolution to "screen", but it obviously reduces the quality by a lot (which is unacceptable for our purposes).

is there any way to solve this?

  If this issue is happening in BarTender 2016, confirm that you are on the latest service release of BarTender 2016 R4 build 3127. I believe this is a known issue that has been addressed in the latest service release. You can find the latest release here.
