Length of text field

I use the software bartender 2016 Enterprise Edition. I created a file that contains a text field of type string and send text from the database, when printing to a text field, a maximum of 32 characters are output, the remaining characters are truncated, how do I increase the length of the transmitted symbol array??

  BarTender doesn't have limit of string length (not tested to the limit myself however hundreds chars are fine), please check where the problem happened.

  Truncated in File > Database Connection Setup > Record browser
   >make sure your database field holds all the data

  Truncated in Design view / print preview
   >Check text data source's transform tab to see any truncation / filter setting applied.
   >If you enabled text auto size on Text format, font minimum size may be too big.

  Truncated in print result only
  >Selected font might be wrong. Use true type font like Arial instead of printer's font.
