Number of Characters Under "More Query Prompt Options"

Hi, Good day.

I just upgraded my BarTender to version 2016.

Now, I am having problem to set the "Number of Characters" under the "More Query Prompt Options"

Whenever I click on the icon beside the Number Of Characters, the "More Query Prompt Options" will disappear.

Appreciated if you can share with me on what things that I miss out there ?
