    Could you tell us what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you using? Also, what are the printer model and driver version?

    Hi Xabier - thanks for coming back to me

    We are using Bartender 2016 R9 Professional with a ZT220. We had to reinstall the driver on moving the computer and this is now Driver Version 8.6.5.26125
