Can you add a comment to a label for user that does not print?

Is there a way to add a comment, or note to the label for instructions, that does not print?

  Yes, you can achieve this quite simply a few ways:

  1. File > Document options and add a comment there remembering to tick the pop up after file open
  2. Add a text field on the label and click on the name of the field at the top of the Properties and either adjust the Print When to never or tick the Pre-printed option
  3. If you use a Data Entry form add a text item on to there containing the comment.
