I reached out to Seagull support, but wanted to post on the forums to see if anyone else has encountered this.

I am not too familiar with the data integration between our ERP system and Bartender, Bartender is installed and configured to work with our ERP system by their application's implementation team.

We have the ability to create label codes in our ERP system and link them to Bartender labels, but beyond that everything is pretty much setup for us to design in bartender and link to our ERP.

Our application (Canopy) comes with a bartender label file (embedded data) that contains ALL database fields that can be printed to a label from Canopy.

One field in particular is: Lot_Date_Opened the field in the Canopy Database (SQL) is "Date/Time"

I need to print that field on a label in (2) different formats:

Julian Date ("Custom" Date format: yy jjj

Date (Custom): dd/MM/yyyy

I can display the field as one or the other, but cannot figure out how to display BOTH formats at the same time. When I attempt to copy / paste that field - it appears as Lot_Date_Opened1 and unfortunately does NOT print out on the label. My guess is that the field name doesn't match with Canopy so no data appears.

I tried to create a Visual Basic Script and simply add that database field to the label, but that appears as empty in the label design view and doesn't print anything on the label when we create a lot.

Seagull support understandably needs more information on the data integration with Canopy, which I am working on.

I am posting on here in hopes that someone may know a trick or workaround to accomplish this.
