Bartender Month/Day getting mixed up

Hey Guys

has anyone encountered that the month and day are getting reversed in bartender 2019 R10

we are expecting dd/mm/yy

so if we have Oct 11 2022 we are getting 11/10/22

we have been able to duplicate this for Nov and Dec as well

so if we have either of those months and the date is 11,12 or 13 it gets reversed.

need some guidance to resolve this.

currently region settings are for the USA

  Not come across it personally.

  You are using capitals for the MM and not mm? 

  Not sure if this applies but there is a big fix referenced in the release after 2019 R10 (namely 2021 R1), namely:

  • Fixed an issue that caused some language independent dates to print incorrectly when using a date picker

  You could try having the date field in your normal US format (yyyy/MM/dd) off to the edge of the label and then on the label make the actual date field an Object Value field and link that to the US date but then make sure you set the Data Type to clock and choose the appropriate date setting.
