Warning 2750: The input control is not linked to a data source

The label template for which I am receiving this error message uses a a linked database in the form of an Excel spreadsheet for its input.  It doesn't allow for direct data input via the keyboard.  In such a case, what is the remedy?

  It seems at least one object on your label's Data Entry Form is no longer linked to an object on the template; fortunately, we have an article on the Warning 2750 Message and how to deal with it.
