Toshiba tec ex6t3-t 305dpi printing issue

recent upgrade to new Toshiba Tec ex6t3-t printer (305dpi) , using bartender and seagull drivers.

each print from a code 128 barcode goes more and more out of alignment - you get a few prints in the middle where the barcode is perfect then next print goes off again.

we have ensured the label size is correct and matches the old printer , tested gap size to make sure it cuts off before tear and still same issue. - i do have examples but nowhere to upload here.

cannot see anything in the bartender software that would allow any further changes to resolve this

tried the toshiba tec driver and generic text , also tried the 203dpi version as this printer replaced an older 203dpi printer 

anybody have any thoughts please ?

  It sounds like the sensor settings may not be correct. On the File>Print screen in BarTender click on Document Properties and the Stock tab and make sure the sensor is set to the correct type (I believe the default is none).
