I am new to creating QR Codes and I was wanting to try and help our team members out by placing a qr code on our equipment that would take them to a SP document library where they could select a document from the library. Any help pointing me in the right direction would greatly be appreciated.

  Welcome to our community forums!

  The following article will get you started out - Adding barcodes to your template

  Once you've selected "More Barcodes" you'll be able to search for "QR" to find the relevant options.
  
  In the properties of the QR code you'll find the option hide the text link underneath the QR code:
