New PC
Hi Guys,
Our current PC that is running BarTender 2019 is starting to fail.
We have therefore made a clone image of this and have booted up this new image PC. Please note this is currently standalone and not connected to our network ( therefore no internet access either ) as the current PC is still being used.
On the new image PC when we check the current license it states "significant hardware change and in a grace time" with the button in amber.
When we shutdown and remove the current PC that is failing can we just add the new image PC to our network and continue to work in BarTender 2019?

Welcome to the BarTender Community!
Even with a cloned image, some parameters from the new machine could be different, that is why you are receiving this error message.
We would recommend you reach our Support Channels via email on our Get Support page so we can deactivate the license for you so it may be activated again in your new machine. If your license has an Active Maintenance & Support contract with us, you will have phone, chat, and web-form options available so you can reach Support. If not, you will always be able to reach us via web-form with issues related to license activation.
