I am Just Installed Software In customer Place. He Using Two Days back Its Working Fine. Just Turn On Laptop Its Asking That Type Massage. He is Telling That.
Any Solution ?

It looks like he has tried to start a Windows System Restore, if he goes back out of that does everything work correctly?
