Bartender 2016 unable to re-install

    Hello Alice,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community!

    Are you installing the BarTender application running the executable file as an administrator? If not, could you do it?

    Also, if you access the Services tab in your workstation, are there any BarTender services running still?



    If so, the uninstallation might have failed; perhaps we need to recreate the steps in the link.

    Finally, we would suggest getting rid of the old installation file and getting a new BarTender 2016 install executable from our download section.

    These issues can be a little tricky, if you have an Active Maintenance and Support agreement with us, we would recommend reaching our Technical Support department via the Get Support tab.

    In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.
