Bartender crashes

Recently Bartender has started crashing when trying to print labels. We can get it to print 2-3 labels but then it will crash. We are on Bartender version 10 on a Windows 10 PC. This is the Windows error message we get: 

The system has called a custom component and that component has failed and generated an exception. This indicates a problem with the custom component. Notify the developer of this component that a failure has occurred and provide them with the information below.

  This issue could be linked to the Printer Driver being corrupted. Could you try to download and install the printer driver again? We recommend using our Drivers by Seagull™ in case these are available for your printer. You will find them here.
  
  Also, please be aware BarTender 10 is not supported on Windows 10 machines, and we recommend upgrading your BarTender version to a supported one. You can find BarTender/Windows compatibility tables in the following link:
