Space in barcode when scanning
I have created the attached barcode using the bartender wizard. The creation of the barcode has been without any issues but when my customer is scanning this barcode there seems to be a "space" in the barcode. I can't figure out why and how to remove it.
I have tried to use the truncation function which does not solve the problem.

Perhaps the data type is addressing this input as a mathematic formula; could you access the Data Type tab and check what data type are we using? For cases such as these, when we don't want this data to resolve any mathematic formulae, we would recommend changing it to "Text":
