Bartender licensing with citrix servers - PDF printer

Hi,

We are using 16 citrix servers and are printing to a localy installed pdf printer (network pdf printer is not working in citrix)

Always the same users are using this pdf printer but because those users are often logged on on different servers, bartender sees these printers as a different license. 

I used: Bullzip, clawPDF, bioPDF, PDFcreator as network pdf printer but cannot get them to work via citrix.

Is there a solution from Seagull to get this sorted in any way, so printers with the same name and purpose are seen as 1 license?
