Barcode with shortcut Windows + R (Run... in Windows)

Hello, I'm trying create a barcode for our barcode scanners. The barcode should replace the keyboard shortcut win + r. Can you please help me, what should the barcode contain in order for the Run ... window to open on my computer (in Windows)? Thank you for your time.

  I am not sure if that is possible. When creating a barcode to represent a function key etc on the keyboard then you need to find to the ASCII value for the that key and make the barcode with that. However I don not think there is such a code for the Win key and the WIN + R command also is combination of a few characters/inputs
