Label Wont Open on 2nd PC
We use Bartender 2016 UltraLite 11.0.2.3056 on 2 pc's, 1 pc (the old one) is connected to the printer and the new one is mine. The new PC has Win 10 Pro on it. All labels are saved in the cloud and there was never an issue until we tried to open a label that was created on the new PC. The versions of Bartender are identical but unfortunately this is a bit of a nightmare as it means we cannot create new labels on the new PC. The new PC will open all labels, that is ones that were created on the old PC but the issue prevents me from creating labels and letting others print them using the old PC. The Old PC runs Win 10 Home.
Please note when the Open Document window is open on the Old PC you can see the preview of all labels except those created on the new PC. If you select a label created on the new PC Bartender just doesnt do anything, it doesnt hang just sites there as if no label was selected.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I wonder if this is some form of permissions issue.
Have you tried sending a new PC label to the old computer and saving it locally on that machine and see what happens?
Ultralite is a very cut down version and so that could be part of the problem and it is also recommended with Windows 10 that you use the most recent version of BarTender 2016 on these machines and so perhaps there is a compatibility issue between the Home and Pro versions.
