Hard Drive Failure
Hello,
The computer we had Bartender installed on suffered a complete hard drive failure. Out IT team was unable to recover any of the information on the drive. I am hoping someone can assist me. Attempting to get any support from the bartender Support requires the support number from Bartender that we unfortunately no longer have access to.
Our IT team has changed personnel several times since the original installation of Bartender on this computer so I do not have any additional info unfortunately.
If anyone has any suggestions on how I might recover our account information it would be greatly appreciated.

Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels, as we won't be able to provide you with any Product Key Codes on an open forum.
In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and navigate to the Web-Form tab, then click on it and fill in the questionnaire. Once filled in click on "Send", one of our Support Engineers will reach you ASAP.
