Form Deployment (user experience)
I may be missing something completely here, but I can't see an easy way to deploy simple forms for templates for the users. What I mean is, when the user opens the template from the file server, I don't want them to see the template as there's no need. Rather, they should be presented with the nice new form I've made them straightaway.
Currently, the only way to show the form is to open the print dialogue then press print again which seems a bit long-winded (again, I might be wrong here).
I also need to protect the template from people fiddling with it, so is this just a layer thing or is there another thing designed for exactly this purpose?
Thanks!

As long as you are using the Professional or above, you can use a Data Entry Form(s) to achieve this via the tab at the bottom of the screen.
You can also set a Print Only Password for Bartender. Sorry not in front of a PC but this option is either in the Tools or Administer menu.
I would also suggest using the Print Station companion app which will allow the users to only print labels without any editing other than the Data Entry Form fields0
