    Hello Ayen,

    Thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forums. 

    Does this issue also occur when printing directly from BarTender Designer? 

    Please try to monitor the resource usage through the Windows Task Manager app to see if there are any components or services that are using all of the system resources.

    We also recommend removing and reinstalling the printer drivers, and if possible updating to them to the latest version. The latest version of the Seagull Scientific drivers is available here

    You may also try a removal and fresh install of BarTender, and use the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Trouble Shooter when uninstalling it to clean up any issues.

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    Yes this error occurs when the customer print directly from BarTender.

     

    I checked with the customer the system resources and there is no memory overflow even when printing from BarTender.

    Can you please clarify if the recommendations were followed about removing and reinstalling the printer drivers, as well as reinstalling BarTender? 

    Perhaps they can try to install on another computer or Virtual Machine, to eliminate the probability that it is an issue on that computer?

    Hello Otto,

     

    Happy new year.

     

    The customer did not come back to me for this concern.

    For the moment it is suspended, if the problem occurs again, I will try to reinstall the printer drivers and eventually reinstall BarTender by "repairing" from the control panel.
