Bartender 2016 R2 error on launch, the installation is corrupt
for all users, except when logged in as a domain admin, they now get an error at launch. the following is shown in event viewer:

Reinstall of Bartender, then reboot did not resolve the issue, including manually removing the REG keys, and folder in C:\ProgramData\Seagull and C:\ProgramData\Seagull Security, and removed the local user $BarTender_Security$
Please advise on fix for issue.

2016 R2 is a very old version of the software and there have been a number of updates released to fix issues and compatibility issues etc so I would suggest downloading the last release of 2016, namely R9 that was released in March of last year as that could resolve some of your issues.
