Why is it that my "select record" panel is blank?

  We have an article regarding Selected Records Not Showing During Print Time with an action plan detailing how to solve this issue, I would suggest reviewing it.
  
  In case the steps detailed in it don't help, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more information on the issue:
  
  

  • What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently on?
  • Does this issue happen with other labels and databases? Or just the one?
  • What kind of database are you using? (i.e. Excel Spreadsheet)
