Bartender Cannot detect Printer
We have an issue on bartender software which cannot detecting our new machine.
Likewise, our existing bartender software couldn't detect our new machine either.
Could you please help us fix the issue?
currently we are using the bartender version 2016 R8

BarTender should be able to access any printer that is installed on the PC or connected to it as a shared device across the network. Is the printer installed correctly in Control Panel on the PC? If so are you able to print to it via the driver either a Windows text print or if using a Seagull driver can you make it feed a blank plage from the Printer Properties, Tools > Action drop down and the Form Feed option.
If you cannot print directly from the driver you will need to speak to your own IT team to resolve this first.
