2016 Licence number issue

We did buy BT 2016'licence in 2017, unfortunately the computer we were using with has just crashed. We do not know our licence number but we still have the invoice showing it's well been paid . How to? I did try to reach support that offered me to send message to the community support, so I did. Many thanks for your help, Yann
