Printing Multiple Copies of Multiple Templates from a Single Record
This is my design.
10 templates….all sourced to the same database record. The difference is a data entry field that is specific for each template that our end user populates after the record selection process
We require 4 copies of each template. However, when we print them, they print as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
we want them to print:
1111,2222,3333 etc.
Suggestions on how to achieve this?

The quantity to print value is the number of labels and so as each template is part of the same label when you print it will print every template that is part of that label before it moves on to the next record. What Program and Licence are you using as shown on the Help screen in the About menu.
Depending on this there maybe a way how to adjust this but it would mean rejigging the labels and controlling them differently.

As you have Automation probably the simplest way would be to make each template a separate label. For the first label make add Document Level Action to output the query prompt/filter value into a text file. You could then create an Integration that prints 4 of each of the labels in turn using the value in the text file as the database lookup for each
