Database Connection Setup Window Won't Open
When I click the button to open the Database Connection Configuration, nothing happens, it seems like something opens (without any window appearing) and it only allows me to interact with Bartender if I press the ESC key. If I create a new label, it doesn't work either. In other words, it doesn't work with any existing template I have, or with a new label.
I also tried this but it didn't change the behavior:

Another suggestion would be to open the Windows control panel, add to the "Add / Remove Programs" dialog, and choose to repair the BT installation (or remove and reinstall BT completely)."

I would try the repair option and see what that does.
It could be your database is corrupt, can you link BarTender to any other database or type>

Hi,
I've already tried the repair and it doesn't work either.
No, I can't connect to another database. This happens as soon as I click the button to connect the document to a database.
