Hello all, 

My company has a very fast packaging line and utilized bartender 11.4 and printing is done via a file integration. 

We have an issue where ocassionaly a label will be be printed late and this has some serious effects such as being applied to the incorrect box. This seems to be extremely random and there is no pattern. It does not happen on one particular label file. We have a new sato s84nx printer and using bartender drivers. 

Looking what else I can try because at the moment I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out why this is happening.
