Is it possible to have a backup licensing server?

I.E. one license server fails, or is shut down due to power issues. A 2nd licensing server is already active and can take over?

We are facing heavy weather this coming weekend and are looking to put our DRP system into place, and need to see about what would happen with the Bartender licensing server if it were to be turned off.
