Bartender Printing Labels Without Ink
In bartender designer, when I click 'test print' or 'print' it prints out the labels with dark ink (which is great) that is what I want.
But when I use a bartender integration and I drag and drop a .csv into a scan folder, it prints the number of rows I have data but there is no ink at all on the labels. If any, it is very faint. It seems that there is inside my integration that is changing the darkness settings. How can I fix this? Thank you in advance.

Since we started using version 11.11, printing from Integration no longer works properly.
In Designer, printing is done on the correct label printer, but when printing via integration, a laser printer is used. The print settings for the label are ignored, as are the print settings in integration.I believe that Integration in version 11.11 has fundamental problems with printing. A message has been sent to support.
In use: Bartender 11.11, Zebra 11.8 printer driver, Windows 10

Are you testing on one PC with the Integration deployed on another PC or server? If so you may want to check the driver setting on the other PC at it could be the heat/darkness is set lower than the other machine.

Thank you for your both of your inputs. Also thank you Peter, I have seen your comments on many bartender related threads. You sir are a legend.
There are two computers. On each computer, there is a integration. Both integrations are set up to scan a local folder. Files would be placed in that folder, the integration would see it, and print accordingly.
On one computer (computer #1), the process works without a problem - file goes into the scan folder, bartender integration scans it, it prints. On computer #2, I have gotten it to work by using the same bartender integration and label files from computer #1. When opening the label from computer #1 on BarTender designer on computer #2, I go into the data base configurations. There, it gives me an error about a file not found. However, Computer #2 prints when I use the label from computer #1. Perhaps it is a name change in the properties or some default setting.
I suspect that because the label is from a different computer, the data base configuration is give me an error, but because of that, perhaps it uses some default setting that enables it to print. In computer #2, when i drag a file into the scan folder, it then prints with ink (as opposed to printing without ink). Not sure why but just trying to understand so that when it breaks, I am able to fix it.
Thank you all for your guidance.0 -
Have you tried making the database a Named Database Connection and then editing on the 2nd PC, the connection to this Named source in the Administration Console > Databases Connections screen so that it is looking for it in the right location to see what that does?
