Printouts contain overprinted labels and/or blanks?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend changing some printing or print driver settings or something to help fix our printing issues.
We have been using Bartender for a long time, and mostly it prints without issues.
However, at some point in past it started to get weird with the labels:
1. Occasionally 2+ labels would be printed on the same 1 physical label, followed by a blank label – see image.
2. This was happening on TSC-MH641 printer.
This was with Windows default drivers for TSC. But the issue still persists after we changed to Bartender drivers.
When attempting a similar print run on our other printers, which are Carl-Valentin Compa II, we would occasionally get a “hiccup” from the printer, it would stop printing and restart whole run from first label.
The Bartender software we bought is v2021, running on Windows Server, users use it via Remote desktop terminal session. The print is taking label data from PostgreSQL database. The printers are connected via network as IP port printers on the Windows Server.
If anyone could recommend some settings to try out as first resort, that'd be great.
