My name is Adexe and I am writing on behalf of Mansueto Group S.L. (Quesería Mansueto), located in Gran Canaria (Spain). We are currently using the free BarTender edition that came with our label printer (BarTender UltraLite), but we now want to upgrade to a higher edition that allows us to integrate via REST API.

Our goal is to integrate BarTender with the automation platform Make.com, using HTTP calls to the BarTender REST API to automatically trigger print jobs from our workflows.

Specifically, we need:

• An on-premise BarTender Automation license with access to the BarTender REST API.
• The ability to automatically print our existing label templates (for example, “burrata 150 g”) by specifying the number of copies from Make.com.
• The ability to trigger, in the same automated process, several products in sequence (for example, 200 labels of one product, then a blank separator label, then the labels for the next product, etc.).

Our current volume is approximately 60,000 labels per year, and we are working with [please indicate here how many label printers you have, for example 1 or 2].

We would appreciate it if you could let us know:

1. Which specific BarTender Automation license you recommend for our case (including the number of printers).
2. Whether it is an annual subscription license or a perpetual license with annual maintenance, and what the costs would be in each case.
3. The total price in euros (excluding and including VAT) for the most suitable option.
4. The estimated lead time to obtain the license key so that we can start using it within this month.

Our environment is a local (on-premise) BarTender installation, with label printers on the production line of Quesería Mansueto. We will implement the integration ourselves using Make.com and the BarTender REST API.
