Error Drivers in Bartender
Hello,
I am having problems with the drivers in Bartender.
I have the document set to custom page size and the template size to automatic.
I have two printers, an Epson TM C3500 and an Epson CW 4000e, each installed with its own driver.
When I print the document I have created through the CW4000e and then through the TM C3500, the Bartender designer software stops working and restarts.
The document size changes to 108 x 174.8 mm, even though the page size, template size, and default size in the drivers are different.

108 x 174 seems to be the default custom page size in the 3500 driver and it could be that the user has not got full rights to the driver and so cant switch from these. You could try defining the correct size label in the 3500 driver ready to switch to and see what that does. It has been a while since I have used a 3500 driver but do seem to recall some issues when switching page sizes and the printer driver not picking them up and so I had to define these in the driver first. Using the Seagull drivers got round this but then I dont think they have created one for the old 3500.
