I've inherited an existing bartender environment. We have administration console and librarian installed. Most of the folders inside of “File Locations" point towards a librarian directory. 

We want to move the last two folders into librarian, “Components” and “Database Connections”. Currently these are stored locally. 

Unfortunately, when I browse, I only see files and folders on the local machine. I don't see the lib:// to browse to, nor can I access the relevant folder by pasting in the directory. 

Is there a reason I cannot access these folders when browsing?
