bounded rectangle

I want to restrict a layer with option bounded rectangle but cannot fill in the measures.

On the left I type a number and all fields jump to 999.998 mm. What can I do?

  I am using 2019 R9 and do not have a problem with this so maybe worth updating to the latest release of you version of the software if you haven't already done so in case it was a know issue that later releases have fixed been fixed. If you are using the latest release already then you may want to raise an support request with your regional Tech Support team.

  Yess that's the solution. After installing the update the measures of the bouding rectangle could be adapted.
