The record set source for 'For Each Database Record' has no records. Child actions will not run.
I'm getting the following error, "The record set source for 'For Each Database Record' has no records. Child actions will not run.".
I can't for the life of me figure out where I need to make changes.

Difficult to say without looking at the files etc. but it sounds to me like you have either no records in your trigger file, or are not sending a lookup/query/filter value in your string or your label is not set to use a database/data file

The OP has not posted an update or reposted the question and so this is unclear, however if you are encountering the same issue have you looked at the things I have suggested above?
