Labels don't keep format

Hi There,

I have a windows 7 installation of bartender. I installed a windows 10 PC and intsalled bartender 9.4.

I copied the labels created on the windows 7 machine, but they dont seem to keep the format on the new win 10 PC.

Is there a way to export the settings?

  BarTender 9.4 is not Windows 10 compatible and so that could be part of the issue. All I can suggest is make sure you are using the same drivers and (even if on a temporary basis) set that driver as default on the PC and open the labels after you have done that and see if that helps.
