Does this preserve the 2016 Admin Console settings?

Does this preserve the 2016 Web Portal settings?

  Cant answer all of your questions but we installed R5 over a 2016 install the other day, albeit not using Print Portal, and it retained all of the Admin Console settings, as far as I am aware,  other than we had to restart the deployed Integrations.
