Print Portal Optimization

Can anyone provide some optimization to Print Portal whether it be the interface itself, Bartender settings, IIS? Any documentation as well would be appreciated.

  I would be greatly interested in this information as well.
  Something along the lines of how many processors per printer or per print request?

  Is there information in the history log that would help us configure the server to perform the best.

  I would also be interested, as my server seems to be a bit doggy.  Just upgraded to the Enterprise version and can't get a custom label to print, but the other labels seem to hang at times.
