reset serial number using vbscript

Hi all,

It is seems like bartender got issue on reset serialization feature. May I know is there any way I can reset the serial number (running number) by weekly using vb script?

 

Please advise. Thank you

  You could do this in visual basic scripting, but this feature is actually built into BarTender Designer and will be much easier to setup. I would suggest looking at our support article/video on serialization here for more information.

  Hi Jasper,

   

  I got do setup as per your snapshot, but it does not working. I am using bartender ultralite version 2016 (automation). after setup as your snapshot, I tried change my PC date (data type I choose Clock). If I choose data source > type : text, then the date code does not updated/follow PC date code.

  

   

  Please advise.
