fixed printer for label

I have 2 printers installed on server and many different labels.

through print portal user can select the label and print labels (changing printer is locked to avoid wrong print) but default printer is wrong.

I set the proper printer in the label on server, printer is added on print portal and license server. on server site and through the program by default I can print label on proper printer but not on print portal.

Is any want to fix it?

I have bartender enterprise automation 2016 r7

  If you allow printer selection can the use then print to that device?

  Been a while since I played with Print Portal but maybe worth checking rights issues to the printer.
