HD830i Doesn't print full document

We edited the printer driver of the HD830i (from Bartender), to a max-length of 3251,2mm ,but when we print, the document will not be fully printed.

So as example, the text is: "Happy ... 18th birtday", Bartender only prints: "Happy ... 18t".

On screen the text fits perfect.

I hope someone can help me.

  According to the spec on the Godex website the max label length is 1016mm (40 inches)

  Yes, but Bartender allows to edit that setting to 3251,2mm and it prints pretty far, but not eveything that is on the screen.
