Hello,

Every now and then our users accidentally choose unsuitable printers.

This has previously led to printers being locked down, which I understand.

However, the locked down printers may not be the main printers we use.

Is there a way that I can define which printers will always be available, even if a lock down occurs?

  In Licence Server you can make set specific printers to "Keep" so that they are always one of the licenced printers.

  Not sure if that helps.
