Database Record Selector with Data Entry Form

I have a connected database from which to select from a list of part numbers at print time. On the accompanying Data Entry Form, the user selects a quantity for each part number selected. This quantity is linked to a text field on the label, not the quantity of labels to print. Is there a way to have the Data Entry Form show which record the user is working on? 

For example: 

I want to print one label of each of the following: Apples, qty. 2, Bananas, qty 6, Cherries, qty. 30, 

I select; Apples, Bananas, and Cherries from the Select Records window then click Print. The Data Entry Form pops up for each record selected and I enter the quantity for each selected record. However, on the Data Entry Form it doesn't say anywhere which record I am working with. "Am I entering the quantity for Apples or Bananas or Cherries?"

Any suggestions for how to adjust settings, data entry form, or workflow are appreciated.

  Hi James,

  On your Data Entry form into which you select the number of labels there are a couple (or both) things you could do:

   

  1. Add a Text Entry Field linked to the Product Description or Code (or whatever field makes it obvious to the users) and set this to appear Each Record but make it Read Only. You could also remove the "text flag" for this field as this probably isnt required in this instance..
  2. Add an Image > Preview of Template onto the Form so the operators can see sample of the label too. Any other manual entry fields will appear on this Preview as the users enter them too
