BPZ420i not printing in Windows Server 2012

Hello There!

I am having problems installing BPZ420i in Windows Server 2012 R2.

The drivers that came with the printer along with the printer were installed correctly, but it is not working on Windows Server 2012 R2.
The same drivers were installed on another server running Windows Server 2016 and I can print normally.
Is there a problem with incompatibility with windows server 2012?
What can I do to solve it?

  I see the link on the Godex website is for the old 7.4.3 drivers if these are the same drivers that shipped with the printer I would suggest you update these to the latest 2018_2 release and see if these sort the issue.
