Unable to insert new template

Hi,

I have 1 .btw file with a lot of template. Currently I want to add another template but the "Insert template" button is disabled. has bartender limitation of the number of template? if the number of the template reach the limit how we add the new template in same .btw file?

  Not that I am aware of Caroline, i just added 30 plus to one of my label formats without issue but I see you do not have the Add Form button either showing. Which version of BarTender are you using? 

  Does the add template button from the Page Setup>Templates tab also not work?

  it also doesnt work from Page Setup? Templates. Seems like the max template in 1 btw is 255.

  My Bartender version is 10.1 SR3. Due to my bartender connected with ERP system it force us to have only have 1 btw file. Since it will poin and set up to this btw file. Do you have any idea about this limitation or shall we put some VBScript?

  You could see if SR4 amends that but I doubt it, 255 different label formats effectively, wow that is a lot.

  Are all your templates effectively the same, ie fields in the same place but just different data?
