If you find:

error im014 the specified dsn contains an architecture mismatch between the driver and application

SQL Server 32bit 64bit, Windows 10

Some Tipps:

1. ODBC Driver 32bit is SLOW. Use ODBC Driver 64 bit (setup with odbc datasource 64 bit in Windows). We had improvement in speed a lot.
